Please read the following Returns Policy carefully, as the use of our website and the purchase of products from it, means you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
As a UK company all purchases made via this site are subject to current UK retailing law – you can shop in confidence with us.
All orders must have a valid street address, we do not post to PO Boxes. Not all items are eligible for Two Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, or the delivery address.
All orders will be packed and dispatched within 2 working days, Monday-Friday from receiving your order and payment. All orders received on a Friday after 10am will not be posted until the following Monday.
Any orders placed after mid-day Monday – Thursday may be sent the next working day if we cannot get them packed in time, but if you require your purchase urgently, please contact us – we will always try our best to help.
Please note: we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
All our parcels are sent by Parcelforce or our chosen courier service. Smaller packages will be sent via Royal Mail.
We ask to allow up to 3-4 working days for your delivery.
If the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise on availability or possibly an alternative product.
Above delivery information is for UK mainland deliveries only.
Please note: some UK addresses, including the Highlands and Northern Ireland, will usually be a 3-7 day service. Due to increased courier costs for shipments to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Scottish Highlands additional delivery costs are applicable, delivery requires further time and therefore charged depending on items ordered.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
Returns information:
For all returns please contact us via email with your reason for the return.
Please note: we will not accept any goods returned without prior authorisation from TS Electrical Solutions via email.
Please use a suitable courier/recorded delivery service when you return any item to us as we will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit and will not be in a position to provide any refund until the product is received back to us. All returned goods remain your responsibility during transit back to us until signed for by ourselves.
If you have changed your mind about the product you ordered and wish to return it, you can do so provided you email us within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be in ‘as new’ condition when returned. ‘As new’ means the goods have not been used or opened, are returned in the same condition as originally delivered, and are in fully saleable condition. The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged. Once we have received the goods back and are satisfied with the condition they have been returned in, we will be in a position to refund, minus the cost of the postage incurred to send the product to you nor refund the cost of the postage that has been paid to return the product to us.
We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
If you are returning a faulty component, then please describe the fault in full to enable us to deal with the return effectively and efficiently.
We are not able to offer a refund for cut-to-length or made-to-measure items such as cable, conduit, or bespoke kits etc unless the goods are damaged/faulty/incorrect.
Any orders that require replacement due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via our chosen courier service.
Whilst we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party couriers, we recognise that at times a product or particular delivery method may not meet our standards, please contact us immediately if this occurs.
Goods must be returned complete, including all packaging, cables, and manuals for particular product.
Customers electing to return items via premium, timed or courier services do so at their own discretion and cost (unless authorisation to do so has been obtained from TS Electrical Solutions) we are unable to refund costs for any items returned either faulty or incorrect.
